Bluffo Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These are the friendly ground rules for playing Bluffo at playbluffo.com. They're written in plain language, but they're real terms โ€” please give them a quick read.

Accepting these terms

By playing Bluffo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, that's okay โ€” but please don't use the game.

What Bluffo is

Bluffo is a free, for-fun social-deduction party game you play in your browser with friends. Everyone gets a secret word, you take turns dropping clues, and you try to sniff out the undercover player. When you're short on players, AI characters step in to fill the empty seats.

Acceptable use

Keep the table fun for everyone. When you play, please:

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your recovery code and your device safe, and for the activity that happens under your account. If something looks off, you can rotate your credentials in the app with "sign out other devices."

Your content

You own what you type โ€” your clues, chat messages, and nickname. To run the game, you grant us the right to display that content to the other players in your room. In exchange, please keep what you post lawful, non-abusive, and within the acceptable-use rules above.

Availability & changes

Bluffo is provided "as is." It may change, add or drop features, or go offline for maintenance (or for good). We'll try to keep the lights on, but we can't promise the game will always be available.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, harm other players, or break these terms. We'd always rather everyone just have a good time.

Disclaimer & liability

Bluffo is offered without warranties of any kind โ€” it's a party game, and we provide it "as is" and "as available," without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the game. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
